Randall Cohen - Art Director
Randall Cohen brings with him over twenty-five years of award-winning expertise. He excels in a wide
variety of visual media, including animation, print, illustration, indoor and outdoor signage, and
web graphics. Randall is particularly skilled at solving problems in a visual way, making complex
ideas understandable through visual media. Cohen studied at the University of Houston and the Kansas
City Art Institute.

Synthiea Kaldi, MBA - Business Manager
Synthiea Kaldi has marketed restaurants, bars, construction services, educational institutions, technology,
software, consulting services, spas, casinos, airlines, cruise lines, clothing, jewelry, gifts, location
tours and medical devices, training and services. Through marketing and sales consulting she helped a
large gift store increase sales 400%. Her strong project management skills are a result of building
cruise ships. Synthiea is published in French and English and received her MBA in Marketing from
l’Ecole de Management Lyon, France in 2004. Kaldi’s undergraduate degrees are from the University of Washington.

Moti Krauthamer - General Manager - Sales
As an Emmy Award-winning television producer/director, Moti Krauthamer gained a reputation for his ability to
deliver a message with clarity and power. Moti directed the award-winning documentary "Enable - People with
Disabilities and Computers." Nearly 100,000 copies of this documentary were distributed worldwide. He has
directed and produced numerous videos for businesses and non-profit organizations, including training videos.
Krauthamer earned a BFA with a concentration in television and film from New York University's Tisch School
of the Arts in 1984.

David Bolnick, PhD - Producer
Producer. Dave Bolnick is an amalgam of scholar, scientist and technology design guru, including
accessible design for people with disabilities. Dave has produced several documentaries, including
the award winning Enable. He worked at Microsoft for over ten years where he designed software,
redesigned software for use by people with disabilities, served on federal committees on accessible
technology compliance, and testified before the US Senate and the Federal Communications Commission.
Bolnick received his PhD in physiology in 1984 from the University of California, Davis.
